The application server submits native format messages to SMSXpress
Server based on the criteria pre-set by each user. One of the
criteria is the user's Mobile phone number.
SMSXpress Server translate and convert the Native Format Message
file to SMS message format file which accept and routable by
any public Mobile Cellular Network.
SMSXpress Server triggers the GSM modem to send the SMS message
to the user's Mobile Phone.
The user checks the message through their Mobile or PDA device.
